IP bans for pornography

this is why I believe that manda should be permed.

the following argument pertains to users who post porn only.  for all other bans i could understand the argument that they should not be IP banned.

ok so the ultimate crime on this site is, with good reason, posting pornography.  the TOS states that this site is for minors 13 and up, so if there is any pornography on this site, rando could be charged with a felony for exposing minors to pornography, if someone wanted to pursue it.  therefore, if someone does posts pornography, it is in randomize's best legal interests to remove everyone from that IP from his site, to remove the possibility of more offenses and thus avoid serious legal ramifications.
