Here are just my basic thoughts on each of the characters.
14th. Beardo - He was pretty funny, but he didn't really get enough screen time for me to like/dislike him.
RATING: NEUTRAL
13th. Leonard - He was honestly hilarious. I'm glad he went early though, he was very one-dimensional, but I loved how Sugar believed he was a real wizard. I don't see him returning, but I did enjoy some of his jokes.
RATING: LIKE
12th/10th. Amy/Samey - I honestly didn't like either one of them. I don't think they really developed the characters. It would have been better if Samey had finally stood up to Amy and eliminated her later on in the season. But instead, they just got rid of both of them early. I also think that Amy abusing Samey was just uncomfortable to watch. Honestly, I was disappointed with these two.

11th. Rodney - Another one dimensional character that was pretty funny in the little air time he got.
RATING: LIKE
9th. Ella - I know she is a fan favorite. But, to be honest she was one dimensional, although she had one of the best exits of all time.
RATING: LIKE
8th. Topher - I liked Topher a lot. I enjoyed Topher slowly turning from just idolizing Chris to trying to take over his job. I also loved his elimination with Chris pretending to be production. He was one of the funniest characters, but I don't think they'll have him on another season.
RATING: LOVE
7th. Dave - Dave was pretty annoying. I think that he got better once it came to his downfall, how he was hopelessly in love with Sky. I also think it was pretty great when it came to the finale and he wanted revenge. I liked their relationship though, because I thought it was going to be a repeat of Mike and Zoey, but then it turned out to be a repeat of Trent and Gwen.
RATING: SLIGHT DISLIKE
6th. Scarlett - I loved Scarlett. I think that she was one of the few characters that really wasn't one dimensional, and she actually changed through out the season. I loved the dynamic of Scarlett and Max, I could watch a show all about Scarlett and Max going on adventures. The last episode she was in, I couldn't say I wasn't surprised after the couple episodes before that. I knew she wanted control of the island and I knew she was going to be evil.

5th. Max - One of the funniest on the show. Again, I loved the duo of Max and Scarlett.

4th. Jasmine - She just kind of got on my nerves, and she really didn't contribute much to the season.
RATING: DISLIKE
3rd. Sugar - Sugar is one of my favorite characters in the whole Total Drama series. Apparently she is the main antagonist of the season. I like to think of her as the comedic relief instead of the main villain.
RATING: LOVE
2nd. Sky - Probably the most fucking boring character ever. She was like a repeat of Zoey, except more boring. Her only personality trait was that she was athletic.
RATING: HATE
1st. Shawn - Through out the first couple of episodes, Shawn was very one dimensional but he evolved and I really liked him, he totally kicked ass in all the challenges and was hilarious.
RATING: LOVE
