Jeff introduces the three different tribes to begin the season.
When he asks Brenda what she thinks of her tribe she says that she definitely has some strong players on her tribe, physically and mentally. When Jeff asks Sherri, she says that she enjoyed watching each of her tribe mates on their seasons and rooted for them. When he asks Holly, she was thrilled with the amount of strong players and she said that she wouldn't have to go to tribal anytime soon.
After this, Jeff revealed the first twist. They will be voting ONE person out of each tribe.
The Puki's tribe voting went like this:

Once the votes are revealed, Jeff reveals the first twist of the game. The person that the tribe voted out will be choosing one other person who voted for them to be out as well. Christina chooses Marty, Alicia chooses Lisa, and since Holly and Ciera tied they're both in by default.
Jeff then reveals the second twist, the members voted out are all now a tribe, but they're going to vote two people out that night. Their new tribe name is the Outcasts, alluding to Survivor: Pearl Islands. When Jeff hands them their buffs, Marty realizes that there is an immunity idol clue inside of his.
OUTCASTS CAMP
Marty comes out and suggests that they vote out whoever would be weak in challenges. This didn't appeal to anyone on the tribe because, frankly, they all were weak in challenges. Holly and Lisa quickly form an alliance, and they look for anyone else who may be interested or loyal. They both agree on Christina because she is vulnerable and disposable. When these three get together, it causes the other three to talk, and they consider an alliance but none of them trust each other enough. Marty wasn't sure of his position in the tribe, so he went out to look for the immunity idol and he found it. They went to tribal, every one scared that they were going.

Marty was shocked at how Ciera just flipped like that. Ciera said that Holly and Lisa talked to her before the tribal and convinced her to flip.

Since Marty obviously felt that he was going home, he played the idol.

Marty voted Holly because he felt she was the one pulling the strings and was on top of the tribe.
