Survivor: Fiji! Fiji was full of recruits, and that is half the reason it is this low. Recruits for any reality show bother me. There are thousands of people who sign up for your show, and you go to some bar or beach and you pick up some fucking dull people because they'll look good in a swimsuit? But enough about Robyn Kass, let's get to Fiji. With a few exceptions, this cast was trash. I liked Yau-Man, of course, as he was maybe the most entertaining Survivor player from the span of seasons 10-14. And Earl was alright too, having a good grip on the game, even though he was a recruit. The fucking truck-final 4 immunity deal between Yau-Man and Dreamz being broken by Dreamz was just immoral, and hard for me to watch. This plus the Haves vs. Have Nots twist, was just too much. It works on Big Brother, not Survivor.
Maybe it's a bit of recency bias as im currently watching it, but I have to say i'm actually enjoying Fiji. I plan on making a blog discussing why I feel it's underrated once I finish, but I'm definitely liking it overall.
