Survivor Samoa had a fantastic cast with lots of great characters..... but one of the biggest characters in Survivor history cast a shadow over them, as well as dominating the game. What would the game look like if I replaced Russell with a random post HvV male? I random.orged it, and it chose Joe Del Campo to take Russell's place. Let's see how this works out!

JDC and Betsy immediately hit it off, and they wanted to work together. They found Natalie to be a nice young girl, and they recruited her to the alliance. Jaison decided to try and play kingpin, and he aligned himself with who he perceived to be a smart competitor, Liz. They also aligned themselves with Mike, who'd be easy to control.
GALU CAMP
The alpha males (Brett, Erik, and John) think that it would be best to align with each other, knowing that they'd be targeted at merge. Kelly and Laura found Dave to be hilarious and a nice guy, so they all started an alliance together.
REWARD CHALLENGE

IMMUNITY CHALLENGE
Foa Foa wins immunity!

Joe thinks that Betsy is out searching for the idol, and he tells fellow alliance mate Natalie, weakening the trust within the alliance.
GALU CAMP
Angry that the other tribe mates lost the challenge for them, Erik, Brett, and John's bond only grew stronger. Dave, Kelly, and Laura found Yasmin to be the weakest challenge competitor, and Laura went around trying to tell people to vote her out. The alpha male alliance now saw Laura as a strategic threat, and someone who would be calling the shots later on in the game. They talked to tribe leader Russell about getting rid of the tribe cancer, and he said that he would be okay with it. They also told Yasmin, angering her. This left Shambo and Monica in the middle.
