Me, DumbGinger, Solinne64, adamsel, and BigBrother_78 took the liberty of ranking each member of the cast of Game Changers based on strategy, and we combined all the rankings. If two castaways received the same score, longevity in the game determined who got the higher spot on the list.
Well, if you couldn't tell by the picture, #19 is TONY VLACHOS.
adamsel - I mean spy bunker? really? If he played more calm or worked with Sandra he could have gone far-ish. But now he's 19th place and 18 on [my] list
BigBrother_78 - Tony's fatal flaw in game changers was becoming an enemy of Sandra. Once he walked up on Sandra and Troy talking at night, he was over, the queen Sandra was going to take him down if it was the last thing she did in game changers. I think if he were put on the Nuku tribe, he could've potential he gone really deep in the game
DumbGinger - God, im sure everyone knows, but this fucking KILLS me. Tony is quite possibly my favorite player ever. But, I never claimed to like him due to his strategic prowess. He's a good player, but the reason he succeeded so well in Cagayan was due to Trish cleaning up the trail he burned. I strongly believe his downfall this time around was hype. Tony realized he had a lot of fans that thought the world of him. He knew he had a strong following, and he knew that people expected a lot from him. Tony doesn't want to let his fans down, so, he feels the need to one-up himself, be even crazier and more bombastic than last time. By god it made for a great premiere, but, simply poor gameplay. Big Tone Vlachos, I believe you ARE the best character in modern Survivor, but, you earned yourself this placement buddy.
Solinne64 - Tony being 19th is no surprise for me. Despite the fact that he is one of my all-time favorite players, he went on Game Changers the same way he went on Cagayan. Loud, agressive strategy and all over the place. With such a big target coming in, he should've laid low, which he unfortunately didn't. Hope they'll let him comeback for a 3rd time!
Me - Well, Tony I think overestimated how big his target would be going in. I think if he played under the radar he would've been fine, but he seemed to think that he had no shot so he wanted to play an entertaining game. Another big mistake was walking up to Sandra and Troyzan, like YES, they're obviously not talking about crates, but everyone talks to everyone, so that little conversation likely meant very little in the first place. I love Tony, but he just didn't have it this time around.
