no i consider it a merge. Idk how to explain, like u didnt win the game because so did 9 other people, and the game never actually ends.. so it's like a win in a sense but really just like a milestone for 40K

No, because like mastropola said, the game never actually ends.  It's more in the essence of surviving, and once you are voted out, you are dead from the tribe.
