Watched episode four of Thailand. It was definitely the weakest one so far.. Props one very single person getting a confessional, but nothing really happened. Ghandia going home was just drawn out because all the setup for it happened in episode three, and Stephanie being upset that Jed went home is only setting up for episode five, so this one is just kinda sandwiched in the middle. If the boot order went Ghandia->Jed rather than Jed->Ghandia then that probably would have worked out better. Oh well. Not every episode is gonna be a great one. There's usually a dud and so far, episode four was Thailand's.
- Helen had a good confessional at the end about being a swing vote -- she's a pretty good narrator. And I have to appreciate how she said "Clay is from an era, and area, where a woman will never be equal to a man" when Clay is exactly one year older than her. Clearly a whole era apart.
- lol, clay's "denver diva" vote
- I liked Jan this episode but have no real reason why. She just seemed kinda sweet. It's probably the accent.
- I already talked about it in the post for episode three but Ghandia is definitely a disappointment. She had the potential to be an awesome, over-the-top character and we did get some moments of that, but her whole Survivor storyline is tarnished by Grindgate and it leaves me not so big a Ghandia fan by the end.
- The only thing I have to say about anyone on Sook Jai is that Stephanie is pretty much an annoying buzzkill. Man, what a weak tribe.
And that's about it. This episode was a total filler one -- hopefully the next one is better.
