Welcome to the Worldly Challenge, Time Ticks

You will each face off in duels, one per team and will face on clock.  Each turn, BOTH MEMBERS will mail me how many "ticks" or numbers you will rotate the clock hand and if clockwise or counterclockwise.  The first person to get the clock hand to their assigned number will win the point.

The trick?

Depending on where you stand on the weekly rankings, will determine how many ticks or numbers you can turn the clock per turn.  The higher on the rankings, the more ticks you can turn.  The lower on the rankings, the less ticks you can turn and the more limited your strategy can be.

So it is obviously beneficial to have higher ranked players compete at a time.
