Turney Time Reality Series- Public Voting Season
Big Brother Australia Rules

Premise:

Big Brother Australia is the ultimate social experiment, where housemates vote to nominate two of their fellow housemates each week using 5 points. While in the house, housemates are not allowed to talk about nominations, instead they are forced to make connections socially through daily interactions. The housemates with the most nomination points face a public vote, and the houseguest with the least votes to save is evicted from the house. Each week, housemates compete for the Nominations Super Power which gives the holder an advantage with their nominations. In the end, there is a Finals poll where the viewers vote for the winner. The winner is the person who gets the most votes to win.

Format:

16-20 (even numbered housemates) will move into the house to compete in this season. The game will follow the same rules as the original show except for a few minor details. Each week, the housemates will be given 5 nomination points to nominate two of their fellow housemates. The housemates with the most nomination points will go up for eviction and the viewers will vote for who they want to keep in the game. First and foremost, because this is Tengaged, and I know the temptation to spam is high, you will NOT have access to any polls. The Viewer’s Lounge will play a heavy role this season, so just be the best you that you can be, we will be watching.

The Basics:

Unlike the actual show, you WILL be allowed to talk to other housemates about nominations.
Failure to nominate will result in a strike being issued and the houseguest receiving a 5 nomination point penalty.
In the event of a tie, ALL housemates in the tie will face eviction.
There will be weekly tasks and challenges will prizes and other twists, primarily the Nominations Superpower.
All twists are fair game, so please do not complain

Will be finalized upon cast selection, however here is the tentative schedule

Day 1- Weekly Task and Discussion Revealed
Day 2- Weekly Challenge/Nominations Begin
Day 3- Nominations Finish/Nominations Reveal
Day 4- Eviction

THE VIEWER’S LOUNGE

This season, the VL will act as the voting public, they will decide EVERYTHING. If there was ever a season to send the host confessionals and be active in the house, it is this season. Once the season has started, the Viewer’s Lounge will be locked down and under no circumstances will anyone not already in be allowed to join. Players, of course, are not allowed in the Viewer’s Lounge and they are not allowed to talk to anyone in the game about the VL.

Players and Viewers WILL be punished if they are caught soliciting or distributing information during the game. For a viewer caught distributing information, they will be removed from the Lounge and banned from future TTRS seasons. A player caught receiving information will be immediately expelled from the game and banned from future TTRS seasons. If you are a viewer, should a player ask you for information please report them immediately so I can punish them. If you are a player, and viewer is sending you information, please let me know so I can remove them If you fail to report these types of incidents, then your punishment will be equivalent to that of someone willing distributing or receiving information.

Players

Players, a huge part of this game involves the public, I advise that you are active in the house and send confessionals. How can you expect the Viewers to keep you if aren’t engaging them? With that said, make sure you do not try to manipulate the VL by talking to any of them. For all intents and purposes, you are isolated in the house, if you remember that then you will be fine.

Viewers
Viewers, although you are playing a huge part this season, in order to earn your right to vote, you need to be actively involved in discussion. Voting will cost money which can be earned from contributing to the VL Discussion and other VL activities. At the start of the season, each person in the VL will be given $20, votes cost $1 per vote. You can vote in evictions and any other polls that are posted throughout the season.
