RULES:
1) you cannot betray on a fellow fairplay unless your options are between another fairplay
2) betraying includes: castings, fastings, rookies, frookies, and stars
3) if you have a betrayal happen report to me (usfbulls) and i will deal with it (maybe with others or not but it will be resolved)
4) this group will oppurnities to help u hurt your enemies... (more info later)

Penalty:
Penalties will be anywhere from banned, perpusly targetted in games after banned, or suspension, or innocence.
