This challenge is simple but requires teamwork and also attendance. A unified tribe will be able to solve this in a matter of minutes.
I have randomized the people on each tribe using random.org:

At 8 pm EST, I will send out a letter to the people marked as #1 on each tribe. Every 3 minutes after that, I will send out another letter to each subsequent person on the list.
These letters make up a 9-lettered word. Your goal is simple: mail me the word once you think you have solved it. I am sending the same letters to each tribe (based on the number you are on the order), so each tribe has the same word. However, the letters will not be mailed to you in order.
There is a catch. You can mail me at ANY point to guess the word (and you can only send me one guess per mail), BUT once you have sent me a guess, you are NO longer able to send another guess. You have to get someone else from your tribe who hasn't guessed before to guess. Therefore, each tribe only has 9 guesses.
If a tribe exhausts all 9 guesses before the other tribe, the other tribe wins by default.
Send me the correct word and you win immunity for your tribe.
