The Jury decided, and Monet received just one vote from Laura. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to win BB Queens Of BB 2.
"Well what can I say? Bitter bitches strike again. 2 HOHs and 2 POVS. I worked my ass off, and that's all that matters. I know I am the true winner, so it kinda upsets me that this game puts idiotic retards in a position that can drastically change someones life. Thank God this isn't real life. I did my best I could ever, and I know I won. Plus second place still gives money, and I obviously won fan favorite - so, I can give them help, and start my own rehab center for them. Kiss kiss." After Rachel's eviction, it was down to the Final 2 - JoJo and Monet!
Both played two very different games. JoJo started off as the second evicted houseguests, but fought hard in the returning player twist, and successfully returned to the game. Despite not winning competitions, and constantly being put up for eviction, JoJo had great social game which led her to the Final 3, where she guaranteed her spot in Finale by winning the most important competition - the Final HOH. Monet on the other hand was consistently criticized for being disloyal, for playing both sides, and for being a liar. But, despite all of that, she succeeded in getting herself out of many risky situations, and won competitions when she had no one rely on. Even though her loyalties were questioned throughout the game, it was a legitimate strategy which successfully lead her to the Finale.
At this point, their fate was no longer in their hands, as the power shifted to the Jury.
At the finale, they both said their final speeches.
JoJo began, “I wanna start off by saying that this game has been fun and interesting, and that I'm super stoked to be part of the finals! While a few of you may think I don't deserve it, I believe otherwise. I'm expecting a lack of respect for my lack of competition wins. Sure, I didn't win anything until the final competition, don't remind me of that. I've kicked myself in the ass all game. So maybe I'm not good at speed, but the competition that I did win was a 2 parter. and instead of speed being a factor or knowledge of previous seasons the competitions that I won were fully about this game. So perhaps I was slower, but I think the competitions that I won at the end show how much I really invested in this game and how much apart of it I was. I payed attention and I played the game. I didn't get here on accident... Some can argue I was carried. I don't feel that. It's more than just competition wins... While I would have liked to win and make a move or two, and stand out some bit, it didn't happen, and oh well. I exceeded in other factors of this game. For instance, I believe I have a true underdog story. Flashback to week 2, I was out of this game. I knew I had a chance to return, I said I would and I DID. I was targeted multiple times and survived evictions... and I didn't cheat to do so. And, now I came into the final 3, and won the most important competition of them all. Furthermore, my strategy: Once I returned to this game, I felt at a disadvantage. But I used my absence in this game as a strategy to act oblivious and pretend I didn't know anything that was going on. I thought displaying the "floater" game would suffice... I portrayed myself as a floater to the half of you who were not in my alliance. It wasn't until after Jodi left where people started figuring out that I was in that alliance. I thought looking weak and dumb would keep me from being targeted, but I still was. Yet I made it... Without having to rely on..
It was JoJo's choice, and she chose to evict Rachel.

"Well, what can I say? They got me. I've fought like Hell from day one, and I'm going out a fighter. It sucks that two people who didn't play nearly as hard as I did make it further than I did, but,I guess they deserve it. This game was the biggest emotional roller coaster of my life, but I am happy to say that I've played with my integrity and with the truth. I lied as few times as possible, and I did everything in my power to play with as much class as I could. I won every Veto when I needed it, and two HoHs. I can gladly say that I am an All-Star. I'd like to say thanks for the opportunity to compete, and I'd like to thank the whole cast, for making this the most fun game I have ever played." Rachel explained during her post-eviction interview.

The public decided that Rachel should win Part 1 of the Final HOH, which left JoJo and Monet fighting for themselves in Part 2.
Part 2 was a memory competition. In the end, JoJo came out on top. At this point, Monet's fate in this game, was in the hands of JoJo and Rachel.
In Part 3, JoJo and Rachel were quizzed on the goodbye speeches from the season - and ultimately JoJo won, making it her first competition win of the season.
The nominations are Monet and Rachel, and it's up to JoJo to decide who will she take to the Final 2.

After Cassi's eviction, the BB Queens were shocked when Candice announced she was leaving the game due to a family emergency. At the HOH competition, Monet came out on top, and guaranteed her position in the Final 3.
At the HOH Ceremony, Monet explained, "OK, well - these nominations aren't easy, but I have to nominate Rachel and JoJo, because you two have the biggest chance to win the POV. Good luck!"
At POV, Rachel won her third POV in a row, making it her eight competition win of the season. With that, Rachel officially tied the record most competition wins per season, wirg BB4's Danielle DiLorenzo. After using the POV on herself, Laura instantly went on the block, as there were no other possible replacement nominees.

Candice expressed her wishes to quit the competition.
"I have to quit because of a family emergency. I've been attacked every week since Week 1 with racist and other personal attacks, and I still made Final 5. All of my enemies honestly self-destructed. I mean what can you expect from a pack of idiot bitches?! Karma is the bitchiest one in Candieland though. My impeccable social game, and winning comps when absolutely needed really got me this far. I really enjoyed my experience. I probably won't be a part of another season, since Week 2 alone jacked up my blood pressure. Good luck to the Final 4, and I hope you win, JoJo." Candice explained as she made her exit.

After Kathy's eviction, the BB Queens were informed it was time for the second Fast Forward of the season. At the HOH competition, Laura excelled, and claimed the title of HOH.
At the HOH Ceremony, Laura explained, "My nominees are Rachel and Cassi. Rachel, you are an amazing player and I respect you a lot. I don't play this game maliciously, and I seriously love you as a person, outside the game. You are the nicest and cutest thing I have ever seen, and you might think I'm being fake. But in the game, you are a dangerous femme fatale. You might think this is me being fake, but its not. Cassi, you're just good at being you."
At POV, Rachel won, and naturally decided to use the POV to get herself off the block. Being forced to choose between friends, Laura named JoJo the replacement nominee, explaining that she based her decision on the fact that JoJo has yet to win a competition.

After Jodi's eviction, the BB Queens had a house meeting to confront Monet about her gameplay, which resulted in an argument between JoJo, Kathy, Laura and Monet, with Candice joining in a bit later. After that the BB Queens were tested how well they are aware of the public opinion. In the end, Candice came out on top, and was crowned the HOH.
At the HOH Ceremony, Candice explained, "Rachel and Kathy... Y'all have been running this game for the longest, and it's about time one of y'all step out."
At POV, Rachel won, and decided to use the POV on herself. With that, Candice named Monet the replacement nominee, explaining, "This decision was hard as hell, but when it comes down to it... I've gotta nominate you, Monet! You're a big ass threat, like Kathy, and I've gotta get a threat out during my HOH week, because somebody has to!"
