Setting: Mid-late November, close to Thanksgiving

It's nearly Thanksgiving and most people are getting ready for the holiday in their own special ways, but the last few days of school before the holiday still have to occur and so do things that are unexpected, like both Dex and Leo having to have surgery. A lot of things can occur before the holidays and as always, it's not always a good thing

In this episode
-Surgery between two people who are less than friendly brings them closer and also throws the group into a bit of a shock... as they weren't expecting two of their friends to be going under the blade for things that could've destroyed their lives.

-Family woes occur for a few of the teenagers, including one pushing the last person they have away.

-A fight between close friends brings out the worst in one of them and shows that there's always a facade for a crumbling mentality.
