I personally wasn't a big fan. But to be nominated every week that he wasn't in power and survive all the way to final 7 is a big feat. He was a target, and everyone wanted him out, and most people didn't really like him that much in the house. So how did he survive so long? He strategized well and had a good game plan and he won competitions. (Gonna get a lot of hate with this next comment) Had Boogie not been his coach I think Frank could have had a good chance at making it all the way, Boogie ruined his game.
Note: This list is based purely off of gameplay, NOT likeability. Some of the people on this list I disliked in their season, but there's no denying they played a good game.

ok breant if it wasn't for Boogie who did his campaign first week he would have been gone that time
he had no game at ALL
if you think about it you will see he survived that long because
1)Won HoH
2)Won PoV
3)Boogie campaigned for him (against Kara/Janelle)
