not winning competitions does NOT equal floater
Winning a competition does NOT make you NOT a floater

playing both sides makes you a floater
which is what Derrick and Frankie do, they pretend to be with everyone make no significant moves or show their allegiance to anyone in anyway (Getting rid of Devin is not a huge move every single person in the house wanted that making it the perfect move for a floater to do)
