In a 3-2 vote, MAXWELL is the winner of Chris' Survivor: Palau. Finally a win under my belt! It's been almost 20 group games and finally, FINALLY I got one. Also I am now tengagedily married to rileythepegasus101 so yay! I'm thinking about creating a group for tengaged weddings, whaddya guys think?
I said nothing like that. I just know most people, the first win seems like the hardest, but really the first win is the easiest. Once you win once, you find a pattern or strategy you like, and try and use it as much as possible. But the problem is you start using the same strategy you won with in so many other games, it become habit to do so, and then you have to try and break the habit because the same strategy almost never works twice.
After that win and such a big game I needed to play, I switched to a UTR strategy to see how that worked. It got me 5th place because I played so UTR I didn't worry about the possibility to be blindsided. So I tried again playing UTR but got more cautious. Got 5th place again. I used that strategy over and over and over until almost 15 group games later, I finally won using it (Dr's Survivor Twin Islands). But today it became habit to me, and I started to go back to placing between 5th-10th. I haven't won since I won a survivor since Dr's Survivor. (partly because I have given up group games with a few exceptions to focus on my own series).
I have managed to break the habit a few times, but its still and awful habit of mine.
So I warn you of that. Don't become addicted to a strategy or style of game-play. It hurts you more than it ever will reward you.
I don't know how to take this stupid nose off and I've no idea why in the world of tengaged I was banned in the first place other than the fact that it said I was banned for 2 days saying I had multiple accounts which is confusing because I never created other accounts but the one I have now... I sent a message to costumer services or whatever it's called and they replied saying they don't know why I was banned because no other account had my email address :/
But yea enough about me... Congratulations Broniak!!! :D
