But, I dont get the big deal about being gay, and why some dont like it. So what if a guy likes a guy, or girl likes a girl. Good for them. I wish I could find someone to spend my time with.
Now I get that to some people its gross seeing two people of the same gender make out/kiss. And I agree it is. HOWEVER, I find it gross watching straight people make out. When Im in public, I dont need to see two people going at it. Fuck, let people live their lives. My daily life nor your daily life is any different because of gays is it? No its not, so just let everyone be happy for crying out loud. This world is too negative these days. Be yourself, concentrate on yourself. You live one life, yours.

Unfortunately, it tends to be the older generations that oppose homosexuality, simply because it was socially taboo in their day to be gay. They aren't used to it, and now with such a liberal young generation, they are appalled by the openness of gays.
As bad as it is to say, societal noms will change dramatically in 20-30 years as the older generation dies off/gets too old to care anymore.
