A question about Survivor

I heard that your health decreases as you play Survivor. If you play Survivor, but also a Casting or a Rookies game at the same time, will your health go up or stay the same in the Survivor game?
I mean, can you keep yourself alive in Survivor by playing Castings and/or Rookies?

As long as you eat, you should be fine. Just have atleast 1/0.
