I honestly expected him to choke on this plastic toy that fell into his mouth, which would've been terribly boring, that's why it was even more exciting to see that it was a fake death and his actual death cause is him shooing away some birds in front of the hospital, as a massive glass panel turns the pretty Tim into a pretty pancake. I especially loved that he literally collapsed into himself as the panel crushed him.
