Lucas AKA Charles - Girl to Boy transgender (same thing as cece, but reversed.) Always wanted to be a boy but was never accepted, especially by Alison DiLaurentis as she bullied him and called him feminine names such as "HERMIE", while the Liars stood there and watched. Lucas found a friend in Hanna Marin, though, and as soon as he was under the impression Hanna didn't care and didn't stick up for him, he went crazy, stole the game from Mona, and found a friend/evil ally in Kate Randall who reminded him greatly of Hanna herself, and that's how Charles & Redcoat became so close. Good at heart, but a crazy psycho in need of love and care.
Kate AKA Redcoat - The mastermind behind it all, and the brains behind the operation as soon as Lucas took her under his wing. The Liars + Hanna exposed her as soon as she came to school, and she easily hated them all ESPECIALLY Hanna (reasoning why A has always shown hatred towards her, leaving ONLY her in the house fire as the other Liars were taken out for safety), she is really evil unlike Lucas who is just psychotic.
Maya AKA Black Widow - Maya has been playing both sides. The saying Mona said that described "MAYA KNEW", is how Mona did in fact know that Charles & Redcoat kidnapped Maya and threatened her to either help them or she dies. But, little do they know, Maya has been secretly protecting the Liars this whole time, which is why they really haven't died.
