Ok, it's 2 in the AM [EST] right now, and I will be leaving at 4 to get in line to vote. Some of you might be wondering why so early, but the lines are going to be LONG, and I don't want to be there later in the evening. I will be up until the election is over and will be doing some updates for some radio stations as well, that day. I have my own Electoral Map, so yea, I'll have the results as the big networks get theirs, and each state is called. I hope you tune in.

This is how things are looking as of right now. McCain is way behind. He would need to get ALL of the TOSSUP States as well as a few Democratic lean states to get a victory. He has a HUGE mountain to climb. If you are eligible to vote, go out and vote. No matter who wins, this is history. And you have a duty to be apart of it.
.
.
.
As Hillary Clinton said - Don't vote for who you are for, vote for who is for you.
Comments
Lines have gotten severely LONG. This was my first time voting, and it was a very different experience than I expected.
.
.
.
I was the 3rd person in line, and the line was growing, every minutes, cars just kept coming and coming and coming. By the time I got out of the building, the line was wrapped all around the building. And I was leaving cars were steady coming in.

This election will be one for the history books. The turnout is tremendous and both candidates had a good ground game and it shows. If you went to vote, how was it for you?
That is true, he would need all of the toss-ups as well as some Obama/Biden leaning states. He's got his work cut out for him, but the polls are showing McCain gaining ground.
Punx you should. You're future is at steak. Yea, Rich, it seems that way, but again McCain is picking up speed and fast. He has the habit of being behind and making a HUGE comeback. Well that's what the experts are saying. They say to look at Pennsylvania, I say look at Florida and New Hampshire, those will be deciders on who will take this thing to the end.
its always florida. :(
i try to understand how elections work, and i just can;t :)
should just be a simple MOST VOTES WIN, HAVE A TROPHY AND STICKER affair.
They were talking about that. Because in 2004, Kerry got the Majority of votes in MI, but Bush got more electoral votes, so Bush won. They need to get rid of the electoral college, it would make it more easier.

Update - Polling machines are having a few glitches in Florida.
30 Million people voted early, record setting votes.
i think obama will win but what is with him taxing the higher class so the lower class gets more? if someone works their ass off to get a lot of money and someone else is a bum, why should the hard worker have to pay more so the bum can live better? MAKES NO SENSE
Well, you have to really take into consideration the economy here... A person making 3 million getting a 10 percent tax increase is nothing. Absolutely nothing. When you get your lower and middle class [tax paying] citizens getting back in the flow of saving money and being able to afford more, then the tax increases will stop. Gotta work from the bottom up.
4AM?? That ridiculous! I voted this past Thursday after work. Quickest ever! Five minutes tops from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Yipee!
As it stands
.
Obama/Biden is in the lead with - 227 Possible Electoral Votes
.
McCain/Palin is behind with - 123 Possible Electoral Votes
.
Lets not add the Lean states for Obama. But Just for McCain. This is an example of what McCain must accomplish in order to win.
.
.
McCain/Palin - 157 - With Lean GOP States
McCain/Palin - 252 - With Lean GOP States and Tossup States
McCain/Palin - 270 - With Lean Democrat States [For Arguments sake] and Tossup States
.
I'll give McCain
.
Virginia - 13
.
New Mexico - 5
.
That would be one of the ways John McCain can win. By winning ALL of those Toss-up states, plus Virginia and New Mexico or a various combination of Democratic Obama/Biden Leaning States, McCain and Plain would win the election. If McCain doesn't win a majority or all of the Toss-Up States and a combination of Democratic Leaning States, or he loses some of the GOP Leaning states, he will lose the elections.
.
.
.
So look for the results of states like, Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, Indiana etc... He he doesn't get most of the named states he's doomed to fail.
.
.
This is only 1 of the possible ways McCain can win the election.
UPDATE - EARLY VOTES TURNED IN -2%
.
KENTUCKY - 8 ELECTORAL - 62%McCain - 36%Obama - NOT ALL VOTES IN
INDIANA - 11 ELECTORAL - 43%McCain - 56%Obama - NOT ALL VOTES IN
