She is getting fierce though.
So... I'm gonna cheat and pick a VERY minor character and say
Olivia Harper.
All she did was give George an STD and she was on the show for like 5 years.
UN-Honorable mentions - Arizona (post-crash), as I've said Amelia Shepherd, Leah Murphy (I started to like her RIGHT BEFORE she got fired.
