This won't be as detailed as kinggeek since I didn't rewatch many episodes, just the pilot.
So... First... There's so many motives about how she could be the killer.
A) she's tried to kill Chanel. Apparently multiple times, since she seems to be spending a lot of time on the deep web to kill Chanel. That by itself causes suspicion.
B) she seemingly hates everyone and always wants to leave Kappa.
C) this isn't a proven motive, but for Melanie Dorkus, she could've killed her to become the next leader of kappa. But Chanel got in the way, so she became Chanel's followers. Which would get her 
Let's go to more experimental observations I've made :
A) For the red devil... "He" killed both his partners... Isn't that a defiant thing Libby would do to become head bitch?
B) Libby was never theororized against in 'Thanksgiving'.
C) she put Chanel in prison. She clearly wanted to be on top, but failed.
So final theory :
Libby is a legacy. She was a deadlock to get into kappa. She killed Melanie to become the next Kappa president, but Chanel beat her there. Chanel let's her be a follower, but doesn't treat her very well. So, her and her family of murderers go and kill people all over for revenge. For Boone & Gigi, revenge on what happened. Libby, it's much deeper... Not just the revenge she shared with her family, revenge for how terrible Chanel is, and so she can become head of Kappa.

Obviously there's many holes in this theory, in all good theories there are.
Libby may be an obvious choice, so maybe the writers did a more complicated killer.
But, honestly, I don't see a killer that would shock me. Everyone has a motive and evidence against.
I honestly think Libby being the red devil would shock the basics who watch the show.
Also, unless the killer is Grace, I think there's almost definitely 2 killers left.
Cuz, in the Black Friday episode the Chanel's get attacked in the mall, we assume. So... Unless no Chanel's are the killer, and the show missed a huge opportunity. We can assume there's 2.
