Well i guess there are multiple parts to this one, but whatever. I just love how everyone knows Cristina is the strong one and everyone trusts her with their secrets < 3. Cristina was the only one Izzie told about her cancer, and for a while Cristina just held it in, but as a friend, she knew she had to tell if she wanted Izzie to get help. So she told Alex and Bailey and then everyone knew and then she got help and she did survive, we can thank Cristina for all of that. But i mostly really loved Cristina's speech to Izzie telling her that she needed to fight < 3

bigbrotherfan132 yes she accidentally switched her test results with a patient so then a patient thought they had cancer and then the patient came back and told her she made a mistake.
so then izzie had all the interns diagnose project x aka her and she found out she did have cancer
