I mean, can I perform better on a gaming pc rather than a basic laptop?

Desktops will work the best for League. You can build a great laptop! I wouldn't even buy a gaming PC for League. The processors get outdated so fast it's much better and sometimes cheaper to build one yourself! :) Minie
