Design a 9 hole golf course using geo-metric shapes. Find the Area, Perimeter, and Distance to the hole on all 9 holes. No more than 2 of the same shape in each hole. 3 holes must incorporate a regular polygon with 5 or more sides. In all 9 holes you need to have a Circle, Square, Rectangle, Rhombus, Kite, Parallelogram, Triangle, and a Trapezoid. Then create a 13 slide power point presentation to present to the class, explaining all 9 of your holes, the cost it'd cost to create your golf course, and a sample score card for your course. Each hole must have at least Par 2, and no direct shots to the hole. Also create a company logo & name for your construction business that's building the hole. You also must construct one of the 9 holes you designed, that's life size, because the entire class will be using them to play put-put golf.
You can work in groups. Maximum of 5 people per group.
This project will 90% of your term grade, and 65% of your semester grade.
