Knowing that they could be targets, Russell and his alliance with now just Haley attempt to get Jordan back into the alliance, but also try to get Anneliese in as well. Jordan and Anneliese both deny for their own personal reasons. Knowing he has no where else to go, he attempts to steal Catherine's hidden immunity idol. He has no success at that. Meanwhile at Jamaica, Frederick tries to join the alliance of Alysha, Katrina, and Homestar. But due to their past experiences with each other, he's quickly denied. He then attempts to find a HII; his only chance of staying in the game. Gordon tells his alliance (including Flower, Stephen, and Paula) that they should set their sights on Frederick, as he's mainly a loner on the tribe. The group is skeptical of the idea, as he's still a good athletic player. Back at Barbados, Jim and his alliance with Catherine, Barack, Jordan, and Anneliese plot to vote out Haley at their next tribal council. Everyone is in an agreement with the plan. However, Barack thinks that he's a minority within the alliance, and attempts to flip over to Russell's alliance. Russell didn't want to let him in at first, as Barack was a target since day one, but lets him in anyways. Russell and Haley now tell Jim's alliance that Barack has flipped, now wanting to get him out. A heated argument between Katrina and Homestar breaks the alliance up, leaving now Alysha, Frederick, Katrina, and Homestar without an alliance. Frederick and Homestar now team up, and so do Alysha and Katrina separately. Flower suggests that now they set their sights on Katrina, but her alliance is still hellbent on getting rid of Frederick. So Jamaica tries a risky move and wants to throw the immunity challenge to get rid of him. However, the plan backfires and they end up winning immunity, sending Barbados to their third tribal council. Back at camp, Jim's main alliance now set their sights on Barack, for flipping alliances. But, Russell manages to steal Catherine's idol, and keeps it for himself. But he has more tricks up his sleeve. He then urges Haley and Barack to vote for Catherine. At tribal council, Jim's alliance did vote for Barack. However, Russell played the idol on Barack, making all of his votes null and void. Because of this, Catherine is sent home by a now 3-0 vote. Both alliances are now neck-and-neck with each other.
