It is now day 39, as Jim, Frederick, and Anneliese spend most of their day remembering all of the moves and people they have met over the past 38 days, as all of that comes to an end tonight. That night, the three go to tribal council for the last time, as Jeff allows them to give a statement as to why they should win. Afterwards, all nine of the jury members got to ask question to the three finalists. Russell measly congratulated the final three, and simply said "I know who I'm votin' for, and that person be the winner." Barack seriously brings the shit over all three of them, stating how honor and integrity "was simply forgotten". He never asked a question to any of them. Paula stated how her options were now limited to Jim and Frederick, as Anneliese just rode the coattails of those two. Paula asked them the question of why the aligned together to begin. Both gave their answers, and Paula sat back down. Jordan, the nobody, said he had a firm grasp in terms of who he's voting for, and sat back down. Haley wasn't sure on who to vote for, so she had Frederick and Jim compete in a rock-paper-scissors duel. Anneliese was just a bystander, as Jim won the duel. Gordon was still pissed at being voted out, and gave all three of them a chance to state why they should win. Flower simply lambasted Anneliese, for doing nothing, and Jim, for being too nice, publicly stating she's voting for Frederick, and that everyone should do the same. Homestar questioned the three's strategies throughout the whole game, particularly to Anneliese, for backstabbing. After all three answered, he sat back down again. Alysha, whom had a good friendship with Anneliese, said that she won't be voting for her, for the reason that she was the swing vote, and that she simply "sheeped herself out". Afterwards, all nine of the jury members casted their votes. Jeff then said that the votes will be read live in NYC once they get back. Jeff walks away with the urn as he is now on a sound stage in New York City.

Jeff states that the three of them have played a hard game, and each of them deserves a million dollar prize. Jeff then proceeds to read the votes.
Jeff: First vote, (flips vote) Jim. (audience cheers)
Second vote, (flips vote) Frederick. (audience cheers) That's one vote for Frederick and Jim.
Third vote, (flips vote) Frederick. (audience cheers) That's two votes Frederick, one vote Jim.
Fourth vote, (flips vote) Frederick. (audience cheers louder) That's now three votes for Frederick, one vote for Jim.
Fifth vote, (flips vote) Jim. (audience cheers)
Sixth vote, (flips vote) Jim. (audience cheers louder) We're tied; three votes Frederick, three votes Jim.
Seventh vote, (flips vote) Jim (audience cheers louder) That's four votes Jim, three votes Frederick.
Eighth vote, (flips vote) Frederick. (audience cheers louder) We're tied again; four votes Frederick, four votes Jim, one vote left. (pause, reads vote) The winner of Survivor: Caribbean... (pauses and flips vote) Jim! (audience now cheers with joy)
