Survivor Redemption Island is a bad season because people sheeped Boston Rob. Give me a break! We had plenty of drama thanks to Phillip, the Matt blindsides were funny, Redemption Island added a new spin on the game, and Boston Rob ran the hell out of the game and deserved to win! Who cares about sheep when there's lots of drama and blindsides? I think people are bitter that Russell Hantz and Francesca get prejury, that's why people hate this season.

Redemption Island is bad because it's predictable and stale. When it feels like only one person is playing the game (Even though he's playing really well) it kind of ruins any intensity a season has. It had moments but overall a very boring season.
I think the reason people don't like RI is not because of Boston Rob. In fact I will say he is the best part of the season and played a phenomenal game.
I will also say that pre merge is one of the best I've seen. That had alot of great moments and drama.
What i didn't like was the predictability. Watching Russell and his "dumb ass girl alliance 3.0" get fucked over was depressing. Zapatera after that became very dull and the merge was non stop boring after Matt's second blindside. A not fun pagonging and boring rest of the cast (aside from Rob himself). Phillip post merge was also uncomfortable to watch. He was alot better pre merge.
