Hey guys, this is QM. I have decided to do a blog on this current season of survivor. I really hope someone is reading.
So anyway, it was double trouble this episode as the castaways had to endure two tribal councils. We start off with Tina having a tantrum towards Tyson about voting off her ally, Aras. Tina is then informed that everyone was Aras's final three. The tribe then competes in the second individual immunity competition of the game. It is a good old-fashioned food eating competition. It ultimately ends with Gervase and Monica facing off in the final round. Gervace then meets his old friend from Borneo, the Grub. Monica is the first to finish her Grub and she wins her first individual immunity. Now back at the camp, the alliance of seven comes up with the idea for all the girls to vote Katie, and all the guys to vote Vytas (in the event that Vytas has the hidden immunity idol). Tyson wants to tell his alliance, at this point, that he has the hidden immunity idol. He decides not to do this. It is all but certain that Vytas will be the ninth person voted out until Monica starts to get paranoid. It is like a chicken that still has his head worrying about the other ones who don't. I almost thought she was going to take Vytas's place until tribal council where the alliance of seven votes out Vytas, sending him to Redemtion Island for the battle off the brothers.
Fast forward to the next immunity challenge, a returning Nicaragua challenge. I think it was either the final or second to last immunity where the contestants have to balnce different sized coins on the hilt of a sword. In a surprise victory, Katie gets individual immunity. Right after the tribe gets back to camp, Tina goes to look for the found idol. After a few minutes the babysitters club (Hayden, Tyson, and Caleb) bust Tina. They decide, again, to slit the vote. But then the paranoia sets in. Oh paranoia, Monica be thy name. She thinks she is on bottom and that there is no one else to vote for. After a heated tribal council Monica is saved and Tina is sent to join her favorite set of brothers on Redemtion Island. Well that is it for this week but first I have two questions. Numoro Uno: (Weekly Question) who will lose at Redemtion and become the first member of the jury. Number two: What do you think of the accusations pointed toward Jeff Probst being sexist?
