Can someone please explain to me all of the levels, the order, how I level up, and what I get at each level? That would be great thanks.

sure you need to play games to get karma which in exchange you use to get different colour levels.
You start out as a white level. You can't do much just play loads of castings. http://www.tengaged.com/static/faq gives you all the information of prizes for placing in castings. When you gain 15 karma you can buy yellow and then play rookies. You carry on making karma and ts and leveling up.
Each color level is worth points for when your plussing blogs/designs. white is +1, yellow +2, orange +3 and so on and so forth.
