Drag queens are naturally catty though lmao. Reading is literally ingrained into the show and the culture. Especially in the southern states. It's no coincidence that Roxxxy, Ginger, and Phi Phi are all Florida queens. They are VICIOUS in that part of the scene. And Tyra didn't ever take it to the level that some queens did (Like how people forget that Alyssa straight up called Jade a phony amateur with no talent... but its ok because.... it's not!)
And while we're on it, queens like Kennedy, Jasmine, Tyra are raised in a drag environment where queens will literally set gowns on fire mid pageant if they feel threatened by someone else in it. It's not this sweet petite world RPDR may present it as.
