The (SLA) would set strict limits on abortion at a federal level.
Abortions in weeks 1-12 require a father (unless a rapist) to consent to the abortion. Abortions in weeks 13-24 are only allowed in the case of rape or if the mother's life is at risk. Abortions in weeks 25-36 are only allowed if it is a risk to the mother's life. Anyone who gets an illegal abortion risk a fine of up to $25,000.
Seeing how this is a GOP run congress I decided to submit a bill that shows them the maximum restrictions they can do under RvW.
Affordable Vehicular Insurance Act
The (AVIA) would pay for all costs for drivers in accidents that they are not at fault for. This would also remove the requirement of having car insurance to drive. This does not cover drivers who are at fault in the accident.
