Tengaged is in turmoil and I have come up with a solution to fix it. We keep asking randomize to fix things. Well I have a way that we could actually get things done better and more organized.
We need to draft a Tengaged Constitution! 12 delegates 3 from the 4 factions of tengaged, shops, blogs, T$ games, and group games get elected in polls to represent those sectors of tengaged.
Here are the convention rules
1. All elected delegates can propose an amendment/rule.
2. All amendments must pass by 75% of the vote
3. The delegates will come up with the rules for the Tengaged gov.
4. Duplicate amendments can not be proposed. If it failed before its done.
5. After everything has been ratified it will go to a vote by the Tengaged public and if 51% vote to pass it, it will be sent to randomize to enact.
If we can come together, and ratify a solid constitution and possibly rules for a gov. Then I am positive that Randomize will listen and fix/change what we propose. Wouldn't you? #casting
