The IM chat would ruin the game, rookies is based off activity, and if you can just im? why would you bother talking?
You would only talk to win, so it makes it way less social. Maybe IM for like Stars, Castings, survivor?
I think rookies is the only game IM shouldn't be welcome.

I love the IM feature, it can replace PMing. I love the jury idea and the way you set up the avatars. I love everything about what you did and I hope this is considered!
