So earlier at work I started having the worst stomache pains (No I didn't have to poop!) and it kept hurting when I got home, felt like something inside of my stomach was gonna explode, it was happening like on the left side of my belly button.
Then I went to sleep and just woke up and have a major sore throat now :L
well i mean there are a million different flu strains and i dont think its uncommon for it to cause an upset in your stomach.. the developing sore throat also can mean it's a flu as you develop more symptoms
