Then go ahead and do it. Don't talk about them behind their backs. I do appreciate honesty. And always tag the person you're calling out, don't throw unnecessary shade. I'm the type of person that if I see a problem, I go directly to the source and confront them. Don't be scared to call people out, and don't ever be a pushover. I don't relate well to those kind of people.
