#23: Panama- Exile Island (Season 7, November 2011)

Panama was suprisingly lower than I thought I would put it, but it was just a bit of a dull season. Amazon which was 24th was more enjoyable, but was unfair. At least this season was fair. I liked the Alternating Days twist, I thought that was cool.
Alternating Days:
For the first four days of the season, the tribes took it in turns to face one another in challenges. On odd numbered days, La Mina faced Bayoneta, and on even numbered days, Viveros faced Casaya. On Day 5 the Viveros and Bayoneta tribes had lost both their challenges, so the tribes were dissolved into just La Mina and Casaya. Viveros was absorbed by Casaya, while Bayoneta was absorbed by La Mina.
However, when you look at the season, pre-merge was simpily trimming the fat, while post-merge was the pagonging of Casaya by La Mina. The one thing this season is remembered for is the 5-win Immunity streak of JamieN8954, which avoided him from getting pagonged and got him 3rd place, just shy of the Final Two. The record would remain unbeaten until Gaiaphage surpased it Tocantins, which wasn't until Season 16.
MMMMM was a decent winner. He played a good social and strategic game which got him to the end, but it wasn't necissairly difficult to pick off a whole tribe, and then get rid of the Immunity streak guy. All in all, it wasn't TOO bad. Just uniteresting and inactive compared to others.
