Hello everyone, I am Tocan and I am applying for Suitman's Survivor Second Chances. I started out on Japan and was put on the Tahara tribe. Initially everything was going great, I had an alliance of 4, and we won the first two challenges so it looked like none of us were going anywhere. On Day 3 however things took a turn for the worst. We lost the challenge and I ended up getting voted by some members of my alliance resulting in a tie between me and this other castaway, Maxwell. The revote then had my other ally vote me as well resulting in my sending to Occultus Island. To be honest despite Occultus Island being absolute hell, I feel it really shapes people up because it is your last chance and it really inspired me to play hard. I ended up getting an alliance put together on the island of me, Ginger, and Brittany. We survived several votes and I even won an individual Immunity while I was there. On the final day though I felt uneasy. I don't know why but there were these thoughts I had that made me feel like that was the day I would be getting betrayed. We were dead set on voting Brady, but I didn't get any messages back that vote and sure enough Ginger and Brittany backstabbed me for Brady resulting in his making the merge.
Being voted out before the merge and Jury is always considered to me to be a failure, because ultimately the jury can get voted out but still have a say. If I learned anything from my experience though, it's that I never gave up and if I'm put into Second Chances I will surely not give up and I will also ensure that a simple blindside like that against me does not happen again. Many people from my season are applying again, but let's recall that all of them made the merge and jury so like the biggest failure was in fact me and if anyone does need redemption it is little ole' me.
