Do shop discounts carry over? Like if I spammed a design to auctions and it sold for 600 T, could I get that 600 T discount whenever I bid on a shop, or would it have to be the next DC?

Discounts will eventually expire. I think you have about a month to get a shop until the discount expires but dont hold me against my word.
