This is a serious and sensitive blog for me to write. Recently, without my knowledge, my best friend tried to commit suicide. She has been depressed since the age of 14, as she was raped and has tried to commit suicide ever since.
On March 29, i received a call, from her, telling me of her latest suicide try. She felt ashamed to tell me she was in hospital since March 23. And all this time i was happy and lol's on Tengaged and on the internet, without a care in the world.
Today, i went to lunch with her and we had a good heart to heart. She was 1 day away from dying, from kidney failure, and she told me every detail from her experience.
Out of respect, i will not post those details but she has transformed herself already! She has applied to 3 universities, and is so optimistic now about the future!
Getting tearful as i write this - not sure out of sadness or proudness!
I urge everyone on Tengaged to consider everyone else's feelings on this site. You may not know what is going on behind the computer screen so please treat others with respect and kindness, you never know, it may save people's lives
Not to sound rude but if someone is suicidal tengaged should prolly be the last place they should be, this place is way too stressful and has some of the biggest scums on the planet on it. Gives a negative effect on your life
I'm glad she's doing better, if it gets worse she should see a therapist. A lot of people are kinda scared to see a psychologist but that way they feel less of a need to resort to suicide ://.
Shadow, my friend does not use Tengaged, and her circumstances are away from internet life, i'm just asking people of tengaged to wake up to their needless drama and how it affects people online, and of course, to be aware in their daily lives
I totally hear what your friend is going through. I suffer from bipolar disorder, and have a lot of ups and downs, and my downs are increasingly dark. Just recently, I had a hard month, and people should realize that words can hurt and can set a person off and trigger them in some way. =/ I hope your friend is feeling better.
King, of course it is sad. That is why we need to spread the word to think about what you are actually saying to some people. You never know what they are going through IRL.

i cried when i read this. My best friend tried 2 commit suicide. I totally agree with u about being nicer to people online. I'm glad ur friend is alive and thinking positive now <333
