What makes you fart?

For me these things ONLY make me fart when i'm at school & have to go to class.. its really annoying how my body works..

Cheese sticks, bread, orange chicken. And when i'm in class i'll feel a rumble in my butt & then it'll be a big bubble at my butt & I have to SQUEEZE so hard for it not to come out. Today it kinda did but thank god we were watching a video.
