when it sold like 650k it's first week and tbh I was kinda nervous but paying attention to album sales this year Bey pretty much ended up on top. I specifically wanted to see how other huge stars like Bruno Mars & Lady Gaga did and they got less than half of that and they promoted their albums + had multiple streaming services unlike Bey who was complicated as hell and only allowed people to listen from Tidal until she released it on itunes after the hype died down.
although i also love 4 which is super underrated. timster
