-Fruits were more healthy than Vegetables
-Fruit Juices were just as healthy as eating the actual fruit/fiber
-All the green/sour fruits/veggies were sweet not sour
-Bread was more essential than water
-Dairy digested easily
-No such thing as too much salt or sugar

splozojames50 It is a KNOWN FACT THAT VEGGIES (ESPECIALLY GREEN ONES) ARE OVERALL MORE NUTRITIOUS. ALSO FRUITS HAVE A LOT OF SUGAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVEN IF IT'S NATURAL!
timster the sugar in fruits isnt bad for you if you arent eating like a huge amount of servings a day (or in juice form) since the fiber makes it digest slower than processed/simple carbs
