I've seen a bunch of blogs (no, not the member) where people have noted that people have added them as friends but the member in question doesn't know who has added them. I have this same problem: I have 25 friends and they're all reciprocal, yet there are 34 players having me as a friend. There are nine members on Tengaged that have me as a friend yet I have no idea who they are! And trust me, I would like to know the identities of these nine!
Now I'm not the first person on here with this problem, so I present to you with my solution: a page that tells you who has added you as a friend (if you don't already have them as one, of course. This page could easily be an addition to the "See Friends Action" page on your personal page. Underneath the grid with all of your friends' avatars, there'll be a list of members who have added you as friends and a button for a quick add. This will solve so many problems when someone adds you as a friend, as there are so many people on Tengaged to profile-hunt for, and it can be time-consuming (trust me, I've tried).
This whole "mysterious non-reciprocal friends" problem seems to be a prevalent thing in Tengaged, judging by the number of blogs I've seen written about them. I think if we can get this blog/idea to the front page, then maybe it'll garner some attention and thought.
Also there could be a button where it sends an mesage saying that you are not interested in being their friend and an other telling them you want to be there friend.
