Survivor: Bermuda ~312~ FINALE

Jul 2, 2012 by _JB_
image30 days ago, 18 Tengagers began adventure in the mysterious Bermuda Triangle. Three was the magic number. They were first divided into six tribes of three, and then three fell by the wayside on Day 3. Shii-Ann, Josh, Jimmy, the tribe has spoken. Then, they were divided into three tribes, Cotopaxi, Proteus & Nereus. Every three days, two tribes would go to tribal council and vote someone off. Chauncey, Lakwanda, Aria, Damian, Geoff, Bonquisha, the tribe has spoken. But, on Day 13, the game dramatically changed. The remaining nine players would battle against the Devils, the nine previously voted out players. If the Devils won, three devils could replace three angels in the game. But, that was a non-issue as the Angels defeated the Devils. Then, it became an individual game. The men, ZJ, Duncan & Jay quickly from an alliance from the old Nereus tribe. But, the girls from the Proteus, and the gay man and two girls from Cotopaxi joined forces as ZJ was voted out. ZJ, the tribe has spoken. Feeling on the outs, Elliot joined the guys, but the guys exposed his betrayal, and Elliot was blindsided. Elliot, the tribe has spoken. Then, the girls began to turn on each other, as they saw Dolina, Stephenie and Rowena join the jury. Now only four remain. Duncan, the self-esteemed strategist has impressed most of the jury. He is a threat for jury votes, so he must make sure he wins immunity. Jay, Duncan's sidekick who has remained in the shadows the entire game. It seems that he is his own worst enemy. He needs to prove that he played the best game to become a millionaire. Jenna, she is one of the survivors of the fall of the girls' alliance, and she has formed an alliance with almost everyone at one point. Can Jenna woo over the jury she has crossed. Raynia, Public Enemy #1 could be the biggest threat to win if she makes it to the end. Five final days, four promising contestants, three electric tribal councils, two deserving finalists, one sole survivor.

*INTRO PLAYS*

-Day 31, Angel-

Raynia (confessional): Last night's tribal council really exposed all of their true colors. Every single one of them. I could care less if I win this game or not anymore. The odds are stacked against me. If I fall by the wayside, I won't be surprised, but if I make it to the end, I will be the true underdog story. In these last few days, actions will speak louder than words. People better think twice about what they say, but most importantly, what they do.

-Day 32-

JB: Come on in, guys!

*Castaways enter*

JB: And we are here. This is Day 32 of Survivor: Bermuda Triangle. One of you, in just a few days, will become a millionaire. It is a surreal feeling. Well, if you do want to win the game, winning this challenge will be very beneficial to your chances of winning. In this challenge, you must navigate through a maze blindfolded. The first castaway to retrieve four necklaces at stations within the maze and then find the immunity necklace wins immunity. It seems simple. It could become very complex. Patience and calamity are two virtues necessary to win. The winner of this challenge will be the first member of the final three. Does everybody understand?

All: Yes.

JB: OK, let's get ya'll blindfolded.

*Castaways prepare*

JB: Very high stakes for this challenge. For immunity, survivors ready, go!

JB: Jay wins immunity!

Jay: Yes!

JB: Jay is in the final three! The rest of you need to jockey for those last two spots. You guys can head back to camp to decide who will be voted out. I will see you at tribal council tonight.

Raynia (confessional): Don't worry guys. I got a few tricks up my sleeves. I ain't finished yet.

-Day 32, Angel-

Raynia: Hey!

Jenna: Hey!

Raynia: So, I'm expecting to get the boot tonight, but I wanted to run a scenario in you head.

Jenna: OK.

Raynia: First, let me ask you a question. Do you want to win this game?

Jenna: Well, of course.

Raynia: Then how do you expect you to make it to the final two when Jay & Duncan are the other two in your way? That makes my head spin.

Jenna: I don't know. I never thought of that before.

Raynia: The least, and only, thing we can do is try to force a tie and see what happens.

Jenna: OK. I'll think about it.

Jenna (confessional): I mean, I completely understand where Raynia comes from. But, if I do make it to the end, I don't want to be referred to as the girl that flipped all the time. I don't want that reputation. It's a tough call tonight.

-TRIBAL COUNCIL-

*Castaways enter*

JB: We will now bring in our jury. ZJ, Elliot, Dolina, Stephenie, and Rowena, voted out at the last tribal council.

*Jury enters*

JB: Jay, today was your first immunity win and it couldn't have come at a better time.

Jay: You could say that again. It wasa big win today, and I'm excited about it, yeah.

JB: Raynia, they tried to vote you out at the last tribal council but you played the idol. Without an idol, how do you feel the votes will fall tonight?

Raynia: I got at least two coming my direction. Maybe a third, but I am hoping that won't happen.

JB: Who is the third vote?

Raynia: Jenna.

JB: Jenna, so it seems like you are the swing tonight? Correct?

Jenna: Again, I am the swing vote, again.

JB: Jenna, are you worried about jury votes?

Jenna: I think I'll get a few if I am at the end, but it takes four to win, and trust me, I will have to do some campaining at final tribal council if I want to win.

JB: Duncan, you are an underdog story from where it was 7 v. 2, with the two being you and Jay, and you guys are now in the final four. Do you think the jury praises that?

Duncan: Absolutely. It is a thing that the jury SHOULD praise.

JB: So does that make you a threat, more than someone like Jenna, who has stated that she is in some jury trouble?

Duncan: It sure does.

JB: Is that a good reason to vote you off tonight?

Duncan: That would be the perfect reason to get me voted out tonight, JB. You hit the nail right on the head.

JB: OK, it is time to vote. Jay is immune, everyone else is fair game. Raynia, you are up.

*Everyone votes*

JB: Once the votes are read, the decision is final. The person voted out will be asked to leave the tribal council area immediately. I'll read the votes.

*Raynia brings torch*

JB: Raynia, the tribe has spoken.

*snuffs torch*

JB: It is time for you to go.

*Raynia exits TC*

JB: Well, congratulations final three. You guys have three days left on this journey. Make the most of it. Grab your torches. Head back to camp. Good night.

Raynia (exit interview): Well, it was a good run, but it ended up short in disappointment. Unfortunately for Jenna, she didn't listen, and she is going to get a horrible third place on her mark. And the guys would have defeated all of the girls. I'm so embarassed to have a uterus right now.

-Day 33, Angel-

Jenna (confessional): The main reasons why I voted with the guys was because I felt I had a chance to compete in tomorrow's immunity, and I felt I could manipulate the winner of the challenge to take me if I lose. Hopefully, I can still get to the end and win the women over.

-Day 34-

JB: Come on in, guys!

*Castaways enter*

JB: Are you ready for today's final immunity challenge?

All: Yes.

JB: OK, for the last time, I will take back immunity.

*JB takes immunity*

JB: Immunity is back up for grabs. A long wooden cylinder was cut into different sized segments. On the center segment a notch has been cut on which rests a metal ball. You will have to hold up the segments by squeezing them between two handles. Every five minutes, a new round would start where you will have to add two additional segments between the handles. After the cylinder was nine segments long, the final round would last as long as you will hold out. The castaway who held up their segments the longest without allowing the ball to drop from the center segment would win immunity and the opportunity to plead their case at the final tribal council. Does everybody understand?

All: Yes!

JB: OK, let's get started!

*Castaways prepare*

JB: Jay wins final immunity!

Jay: Woo!

JB: He will plead his case at the final tribal council.

Duncan: Yeah, man!

Jenna: Ohh, you did so good!

JB: Jay, you are responsible for deciding who you want to sit next to tomorrow night. You will have the afternoon to decide. I will see you at tribal.

-Day 34, Angel-

Jenna: I want you to think of something.

Jay: OK.

Jenna: What do you think your odds are of beating Duncan?

Jay: I'd say it could go either way.

Jenna: Well, most of the jury thinks otherwise.

Jay: Really?

Jenna: I think so.

Jay: How are you going to convince me?

Jenna: If you think it is 3-3 right now, if you don't take me, I will vote for Duncan. Duncan would probably vote for you no matter what. So will ZJ, and probably Elliot. Raynia is still mad at me, so is Stephenie. You will win this game if you choose me.

Jay: Hmm..

Jay (confessional): I want to win this game, and I will do whatever it takes, but I think I could lose multiple votes if I completely kick Duncan to the curb and take Jenna. People will lose respect for me. Including Duncan for that matter. I could lose the game. Is it a risk worth taking? If I take Duncan, I may lose one vote, and I still think it is 50/50 that I win. This is certainly the hardest decision of my game.

-TRIBAL COUNCIL-

*Castaways enter*

JB: We will now bring in our jury. ZJ, Elliot, Dolina, Stephenie, Rowena, and Raynia, voted out at the last tribal council.

*Jury enters*

JB: As the rain pours, Jay, I know you have a huge decision to make tonight, so I am going to go let you make that decision right now. Go ahead and vote.

*Jay votes*

JB: Once the vote is read, the decision is final. The person voted out will be asked to leave the tribal council area immediately. Sixteenth person voted out of Survivor: Bermuda Triangle, and the seventh and final member of our jury.....

....Jenna. You need to bring me your torch.

*Jenna brings torch*

JB: Jenna, the tribe has spoken.

*snuffs torch*

JB: It is time for you to go.

*Jenna exits TC*

JB: Well, tomorrow night, with hopefully no storm, will plead your case to the jury you had a hand in voting out, to help win this game. You guys need to go celebrate back at camp, get dry under the shelter. Enjoy your final wet night in Bermuda. Grab your torches. Head back to camp. Good night.

Jenna (exit interview): Well, I tried. He just lost a jury vote, and potentially the vote that would of given him the million dollars. In the end, he needs to live with his decision, and if he doesn't win, I'm sure he will have major regret.

-Day 35, Angel-

Duncan: We've got treemail!

Jay: Wow! What does it say?

Duncan: It is time to say goodbye to the home you once knew. Bermuda has brought scenic memories that are irreplaceable. The game also leaves its mark on your life, so on your way to final tribal, recognize the ones who left.

*RITES OF PASSAGE MUSIC*

Duncan: Shii-Ann. She was tough, she walmost beat me in the showdown, and that could have been my downfall.

SHII-ANN: I wish I had gone further, but it is all good. This game is a whole lot more challenging than it looks, so for all of the people that look at me, this game is not easy.

Jay: Josh. He could have done some damage in this game.

JOSH: Everything happens for a reason, and maybe because I was out there for only a few days, must be a sign.

Duncan: Jimmy. Again, another potential threat.

JIMMY: They made it tough when they said half of the tribes would go to tribal. But, I learned to expect the unexpected.

Jay: Chauncey. This game just wasn't for him.

CHAUNCEY: This experience was a miserable one for me, but it was a blessing. I learned a whole lot about myself had I not made the trek out here, so maybe it was meant to be.

Duncan: Lakwanda. Sorry girl, you had to go.

LAKWANDA: I wanted to represent Detroit well and give some sunlight from its tainted reputation. However, I feel that I failed my city, my community, my family, and myself for that matter.

Jay: Aria. She was playing this game hardcore.

ARIA: You want to play ahead in this game, but you don't want to play too far ahead. In the end, that ended up being my downfall.

Duncan: Damian. I believe that he could be standing here if the girls didn't get him out at the right time.

DAMIAN: This game tested me beyond my limitations. It tested me physically, mentally, emotionally, and everything in between, and it was a beautiful experience.

Jay: Geoff. He could have gone far.

GEOFF: You know, everyone expects the big, heroic figures to do well in this game, however in this game, you are only as strong as your weakest player, and that was my demise.

*Bonquisha laid down her torch*

Duncan: ZJ ZAVALA! We wish you were here a little bit longer, but it was unfortunately your time. :( Great person inside and out.

ZJ: I love this game, and I was one of the fortunate few that got to play this game, and I tried to make the most of it, and unfortunately I think I went too soon to make the most of it.

Jay: I think that Elliot might be the main reason that we are here right now.

ELLIOT: Being a homosexual was definitely an advantage, and I wanted to capitalize, but it was my demise. I was caught between the two alliances, and I tried to make a big move, but it all failed.

Duncan: Dolina. You should have joined us, you should have joined us.

DOLINA: The biggest thing you need to have to win this game is the ability to make the right decisions. I lacked that and it was the main reason for my exit.

Jay: Stephenie. Sorry that we had to blindside you, but it had to be done. It was the right time when the girls wanted to turn on you.

STEPHENIE: I wish I had taken initiative in this game. I am very loud when I am back home, I like to be in charge, and I didn't want to come across as bossy in a game of Survivor, where you want to fly UTR, but I think I was too UTR.

Duncan: Rowena, you were the sacrifical lamb. No doubt, you could have won this game had that not happened.

ROWENA: I think my gameplay was flawless. And unfortunately it took one person to read into that. I would have won the game, and it is harder to sleep at night.

Jay: Raynia. Fierce competitor, she is a hell of a player.

RAYNIA: I wanted to win this game so bad, but I did not realize that the basics would come back to haunt me. I never thought it would be so difficult to keep a group of women together. It has been done many times on Survivor, but we just collapsed.

Duncan: Jenna. She made a big move, and it cost her.

JENNA: I did not come here for anything worse then first, and when I saw my position in the game, I tried to change it, knowing it was a risk. Unfortunately, my risk did not pay off.

-TRIBAL COUNCIL-

*Duncan & Jay lay down torches outside of tribal council area, and enter their final tribal council*

JB: We will now bring in our jury. ZJ, Elliot, Dolina, Stephenie, Rowena, Raynia, and Jenna.

*Jury enters*

JB: Duncan & Jay, first you will give your opening statements to start our tribal council. Then, the jury will ask questions addressed to one of you, or possibly the both of you. Then, we will vote. So, Duncan, please give your opening statement.

Duncan: This is not an easy game by all means. The nine of us were almost replaced. The smaller populations on the tribes made less of a chance to stay alive. The two of us were in a sticky situation. It was 6 versus 2. That is not the best of odds, yet the two are sitting here in the finals. I feel that I had more of a target on my back because I was the target for at least two, maybe three tribal councils. Jay was never the target, never received a vote. Yet, I also survived. I think you guys should vote for me to win the money. Thanks.

JB: Jay, you are up.

Jay: When this game was 6 v. 2, the odds were stacked up against us, and that one move to get Elliot out completely changed this game 180 degrees. I was the mastermind for that plan. I am the reason why us two are sitting here, and all of you are over there. I played the best game, hands down.

JB: ZJ, please interrogate the final two.

ZJ: Hey guys! I can't believe you guys have defeated the odds and the two of you are sitting there right now. Um, all of my questions are answered. I think I have gathered enough information to make this million dollar decision, so good luck to the two of you.

JB: Elliot, you are up.

Elliot: Guys, ever since I've been at Ponderosa, these people don't believe my story. So, from what I am concerned, Jay, you were the mastermind behind my elimination. So, my vote is going to you. I am giving you this opportunity to tell the jury your big move that deserves a million dollars.

Jay: OK, so, Duncan, Dolina, and Elliot were on the cinema reward, and he offered them a final four deal with the three of them, and myself. I was at Exile Island trying to look for the idol. Obviously, I never found it. Well, we get back to camp, and Dolina was not committed to us, but Elliot was. So, we told Elliot to tell all of you to think that I had it. And, obviously I didn't, so it made Elliot look like the bad guy and you guys did not want to trust him anymore, so all of you voted him out.

Elliot: Normally, people would be pretty bitter to then cast their vote for them on the jury after they make a move against that person, but I believe that nobody should be biased or upset at someone in this game. Vote for the person that you think played the best game. That is all.

JB: Dolina, you are up.

Dolina: Congratulations, guys! If you had to choose anyone of the ladies to be sitting next to you in the final two, which person would it be? I'm gonna start with Duncan on this one.

Duncan: Wow! Good question... I think I would choose Stephenie because people might think Stephenie was quiet, and I think I could convince all of you to vote for me.

Jay: I would probably have to choose Jenna or you, because you guys were a little questionable to the women's alliance, and I could use that against you.

Dolina: OK. I found the answer I am looking for. Good luck guys.

JB: Stephenie, you are up.

Stephenie: Duncan, how did you contribute to Elliot's elimination?

Duncan: I think I was huge. I don't think Jay is giving me enough credit here. It was 50/50, maybe 49/51, but I told Elliot to tell all of you ladies that Jay had the idol. It was my idea, and that really set up the whole domino effect.

Stephenie: Thanks Duncan.

JB: Rowena, you are up.

Rowena: Duncan, other than Elliot's elimination, what was your biggest move in the game?

Duncan: I would have to say that that was my only big move. Jay can't also say that he had another big move in the game either. After that elimination, everyone came up to us for ideas on who to get rid of. After we went out and got people, people came to us.

Rowena: So, should Jay be rewarded the million dollars? Is that what you are saying?

Duncan: I'm not saying that at all. It was 50/50 that plan, and you should give the million dollars to the person who was in a tougher situation during the game, which I believe was myself.

Rowena: OK, thank you.

JB: Raynia, you are up.

Raynia: Other than myself, who was your biggest threat?

Duncan: I would have to say it was Rowena. Thank goodness you played that idol that night, because I believe Rowena would have won this game against anybody.

Jay: I think Elliot was my biggest competition. And getting him out was a huge plus for my game.

Raynia: Duncan, should I downgrade you because you didn't get your threat out?

Duncan: No. Because if you would have gone that night, Rowena would have gone home in one of the next two tribal councils anyway.

Raynia: Good defense. You work well under pressure. Good luck.

JB: Jenna, last one.

Jenna: Jay, you made a stupid move. You had the opportunity to take me over Duncan. That would be a slam dunk. You would have gotten a vote from ZJ, Duncan, Elliot, Raynia, that's four right there. Jay, why did you pick Duncan over me?

Jay: I felt that I would win no matter what. I feel like I have played a flawless game.

Jenna: Jay, let me give you an update here. I'm not trying to knock you off of your high horse here, but the jury doesn't believe you are as high and mighty as you think you are. You are cocky, arrogant, sleazy, and you are in hot water. This is the part where you start getting nervous. Good luck handling the nerves for five months while you watch this on national television. But, when we see each other again, at the finale in Hamilton, you will not have won, and that should put a smile on my face.

JB: JB: OK, after a revealing tribal council, it all comes down to this. It takes four votes to win. Jurors, write for the person you want to win this game and the title of Sole Survivor. It is time to vote, ZJ, you are up.

*Everyone votes*

JB: I bet you wish that we would read the votes tonight. But, you will have to wait. You will have to wait until we reach Hamilton.

-HAMILTON, Live Vote Reading-

JB: I have all seven votes in here. You need four votes to win. You want to see your name on the parchment. One of you is about to become a millionaire. I will read the votes.
