JB: This is Belize. Home to exotic wildlife and breathtaking bodies of water, Belize is also home to Occultus Island and this season of Survivor. Occultus Island will provide a second chance to survivors that are voted out. It is the ultimate second chance that will change the game like never before. Who will outwit, outplay, and outlast all the rest to become the sole survivor? 35 days, 20 people, 1 survivor.

JB: Welcome to Survivor: Occultus Island!
*Everyone cheers*
JB: Now, the big twist of this season is Occultus Island. When you are voted out, you will be sent to Occultus Island, where you will play a mini-game of Survivor with only voting. At one point during the game, three of you will return. There is also another twist, it is called the Idol Bonds. Each one of you knows who your partner is. If both of you are never voted out and you make the merge, then both of you will receive a hidden immunity idol.

JB: Now, here are maps to your camps. At camp, there are eight buffs. Two of you will not receive a buff. For the two people that do not get a buff, you will be eliminated & head to Occultus Island. Also at camp, there is an immunity necklace & a Tesoro staff for the first person that finds it. Head on to camp, and good luck finding your buffs.

JB: Are you guys ready for today's immunity challenge?
All: Yes!
JB: Eight castaways from each tribe would stand on a narrow beam over water. One at a time, the castaways would move down the beam, squeezing past their fellow tribe members. The castaway moving down the beam would not be allowed to touch more than one tribe member at a time. Any castaway to fall off would have to start over. The first tribe to get all eight members to the finish platform would wins fire in the form of flint and immunity. Losers will send one person to Tesoro Isla and one person home tonight. Does everybody understand?
JB: Ladies, congrats, here is your flint, and your immunity. No tribal for you guys tonight. Men, who is your Tesoro Chief?
Mason: I am.
JB: Mason, you will need to send one person to Tesoro Isla. Who will that be?
Mason: I am going to send Jason.
JB: Jason, you are safe from tonight's vote. Here is a map. Head to Tesoro Isla. You will return in time for the next reward challenge.
*Jason exits*
JB: Men, tribal council tonight where one of the seven of you will be voted out. I will see you at tribal.
-Day 2, Dangriga-
Matt: I want to keep this tribe strong.
Colby: I want a weak link out.
Mason: Me too.
Kevin: In my opinion, Barnie is the weakest.
Rupert: Yeah.
Kevin: So, Barnie tonight?
*Everyone agrees*
Colby (confessional): We want to keep the tribe strong. So, it is best that we get rid of Barnie tonight.

Rupert: I've been hearing your name Barnie.
Barnie: Yeah, I understand. I am the weakest.
Sung: I don't want you to go. I like you a lot.
Sung (confessional): At this point in the game, it would not be good if Barnie went because it can develop to Old vs. Young, and if it does, I am on the wrong side of the spectrum. If I can get Rupert & Barnie to vote out Kevin, I will only need one more.
-TRIBAL COUNCIL-
*Castaways enter*
JB: Behind each of you is a torch. Go ahead and grab a torch, approach the flame. Dip it in and get fire. As you know, fire represents your life in the game of Survivor. When your fire is gone, so are you, with a slight exception this season regarding Occultus Island.
*Castaways sit*
JB: Barnie, you struggled in the challenge. Are you afraid your tribe sees you as a liability?
Barnie: Very. I have heard my name floating around, and I am nervous I could be heading to OI tonight.
JB: Sung, do you see it as Old vs. Young?
Sung: A little bit. It could come to that point, and as a member of the 'older crowd', I might be outnumbered.
JB: Rupert, do you agree with Sung?
Rupert: Part of Sung's statement I agree with it. I better watch out.
JB: Colby, you have to be slightly embarassed that you guys lost to the women. Do you feel embarassed?
Colby: Hell yeah, I'm embarassed. We should never lose to those chicks again. Ever.
JB: Mason, why did you send Jason to Tesoro Isla?
Mason: I felt like Jason performed the best out of all of us in the challenge. He was the only person to make it to the other platform.
JB: Matt, what are you basing your vote off of tonight?
Matt: I'm getting rid of the weakest player on our team.
JB: Kevin, who do you think is the weakest on our team?
Kevin: Barnie makes a strong argument, and so does Sung.
JB: Matt is immune. Everyone else is fair game. It is time to vote. Jason, you are up.
*Everyone votes*
JB: Once the votes are read, the decision is final. The person voted out will be asked to leave the tribal council area immediately. I'll read the votes.
JB: Well, you voted out your weakest link, let's see if we can improve in the challenges. Grab your torches, head back to camp. Good night.
*Castaways head back to camp*
-Night 2, OI-
Ashley: I wonder who is coming.
Ashley (confessional): I hope someone from the Belmopan tribe comes because then the ladies will have a majority.
Austin: This person should be coming any minute now.
Emilee: God, the suspense is killing me.
Theo: Oh, here he comes!
*Barnie enters*
Barnie: Hey guys!
Austin: Hey Barnie!
Theo: Hey!
Emilee: Welcome!
Ashley: Come on in, sit down!
Ashley (confessional): Damn!
-Day 3, -
JB: Come on in, guys!
*Castaways enter*
JB: Let me explain the rules of Occultus Island. There are no challenges. Nobody will receive immunity. Occultus Island is strictly tribal councils. When one person comes in, the following day will be your tribal council. So, tonight will be the first Occultus Island Tribal Council. You will vote, and one of you will be out of the game, for good. You have the afternoon to figure out who that person will be. I will see you at tribal.
-Day 3, OI-
Austin (confessional): I want the guys to stick together. We have a majority, and voting as a block will ensure safety for us until the very end. As long as us three vote together every single time.
Austin: Three people are coming back in this game. I want it to be the three of us.
Theo: Me too.
Barnie: Yes, certainly.
Austin: It is simple. If us three vote together every single time, we make it to the end. Tonight, Ashley's going.
Theo: Yeah, it is simple.
Barnie: Alright! Yes!
Theo (confessional): Guys, you will be seeing me back in the game.
Barnie (confessional): This is a great plan! Glad to be a part of it!

Ashley (confessional): I don't want the guys to be making a majority alliance that will eventually eat me alive.
Ashley: We need to find out if they have an alliance.
Emilee: How are we going to find out if they have an alliance?
Ashley: I have a plan.

Ashley: Look, I want to tell you this because I respect you. You are going home tonight. Us four created an alliance on Day 1, and we will never break.
Barnie: Is that the case? Because Austin offered me an alliance.
Ashley: A guys' alliance?
Barnie: Yes.
Ashley: Well, that's a load of crap. He's going to vote you out tonight. But, if you want to stay in this game, you can vote him out with me & Emilee.
Barnie (confessional): It is weird. I have become the weakest link to the swing vote. I don't know if I should believe Ashley or Austin. And I have to find out who is telling the truth. It can affect my entire game.

JB: Welcome to Occultus Council. One of you will leave the game for good tonight. One by one, you will cast your vote, and one of you will be voted off the island forever. It is time to vote. Ashley, you are up.

Ashley (exit interview): I knew they had an alliance! I knew it! I did my best to manipulate Barnie into voting with me & Em, but it didn't work. I wouldn't be surprised if those three guys cruise all the way back into the game.
