Is this the same place?

The first picture was taken of the merge beach in Redemption Island:

Both seasons were filmed in Nicaragua so it's probably the same place, right?

Also, would this mean that the Redemption Island arena and the Exile Island arena are the same place? Because they were originally going to do redemption island in San Juan Del Sur but then they changed it to exile island.
