saying someone has HIV when they don't?

in my opinion that's as bad as any other sort of defamation of character. The rule was created because people were calling everyone pedo's. well spreading lies about someone having hiv is just as bad and it takes a pretty gross person to do it. HIV is serious. so is any illness.
